MKTL Motor Strengthens Quality Systems, Passes Annual Audits from Global Clients
In the first quarter of 2025, Changzhou MKTL Motor Co., Ltd. successfully passed annual audits conducted by major international clients from Germany, the United States, and Japan. The audit covered ISO process compliance, production traceability, testing consistency, and project delivery procedures, reinforcing the company’s reputation as a high-reliability brushless motor supplier on a global scale.
The three-week audit was conducted by third-party quality engineers and on-site representatives. Meiketailuo showcased its full-process quality control system across motor assembly, servo driver development, and integrated system testing. This included IQC inspections, SMT testing, encoder parameter matching, and end-of-line performance consistency validation.
"We firmly believe that process control is more critical than final inspection. That’s why traceability and quality logic are embedded from the engineering design stage," said Sun Jian, Quality Director at MKTL. "This approach is key to our long-term partnerships and role as a core supplier to global clients."
At the assembly site, MKTL has implemented a digital process tracking system for real-time data recording and visualisation. Each motor and driver undergoes 100% performance testing, with detailed test records archived for full traceability and reproducibility.
In recent years, more and more OEM clients in Europe and North America have made “sustainable quality delivery” a core supplier evaluation metric. Successfully passing these annual audits not only validates MKTL’s manufacturing capabilities but also reflects its alignment with world-class motor production standards.
